Two friends from Solingen (Germany) Kurt Westen 1918-1982 and Herbert Jahn 1918-2001 founded JAWE pottery together shortly after the Second World War.

On the round belly is a repeating flower pattern with white leaves, a yellow heart and dark blue dots.
